All charges are due and payable within 30 days from the date of service. Credit terms detailed on invoice. This quote shall expire if not used within 90 days. Maximum cargo liability shall be limited to $250,000. All quotes are subject to fuel surcharges (See Fuel Memo Page), based upon fuel market conditions at the time services are provided. Purchaser is responsible for all applicable per diem, and overweight charges. Detention charges are assessed after two hours free time at the rate of $40 per hour. All movements shall be handled under the terms of the Uniform Straight Bill of Lading. Drivers shall not have the authority to amend terms, any change must be in writing by an officer of Triple G Express, Inc.
