The truck
Truck must have a passenger-side fender mirror
Tire tread must be at least 7/32(steering) and 5/32(tandem)
Current Long-Form DOT inspection
Weight Scale Ticket (with aprox. gal of fuel)
Registration/Title
Cab-Card (if apportioned plated)

Driver Required Documents:
Class A CDL Drivers License
TWIC Card
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
Long Form Physical and Medical Card
